best i ever got was 365 for a few reps.anyway i can pick up the block w/ crank and pistons in it ..

I just quit too. I dont feel nearly as happy about it as you do though. My body seems to feel a bit better, but that could be in my head.
I was thinking around 350, so I was a bit light. I should have guess higher considering its cast iron.
