I'd be leary of them. I ordered an unorthdox pulley from them a bit back. They charged my card but never sent the pulley or contacted me. After two weeks I contacted them (after several trys). They then said the pulley was on back order. I told them to cancel the order, which they agreed to do. A few weeks later on my statement there was no credit. I contacted them again and told them to cancel. They agreed to and still didn't do it. A week later I tried to contact them again and would NOT talk to me at all. It was not untill I filed a fraud complaint against them with Mastercard and two months later I finaly had my credit.

I was realy disapointed since I live in the same area as them and was looking foreward to doing some serious buisness, to include a built turbo KA-T. A simple refund courtesy of a pulley cost them my buisness.

240sx motoring sent me the pulley, in my hands, in 3 days. What backorder was Vivid talking about? 240sx motoring had them in stock the whole time!!!

bringing this back from the dead since i ordered some endless brakes from vivid racing on i think the 19th of december and they are still processing the order. I contacted jess harness via email and he told me endless was on vacation till the 4th of january, its now the 13th of january and its still processing.My credit card was charged and jess assures me he has been bugging endless about the order.

I hear alot of good stuff about endless and if NICO is backing them i dont doubt it, but i also looked vivid up on bbb.org and there are a few complaints of similar nature. Has anyone had this problem with either vivid or endless?

I have never had much luck with Vivid. I used to be a dealer for them and had issues on my first three orders. So I promptly stopped buying from them. I had received incorrect product on my first order.... no big deal, mistakes happen. However, the mistake was handled very poorly and ended up costing me hundreds of dollars. Now this was right around 7 - 8 years ago. They were much smaller then and in their old location. I have a feeling they were outgrowing themselves in space and employees at that time. So I give them the benefit of the doubt and can only assume they have their business on track now. I very rarely hear anything bad about them now.
