Ya when I was watching the race today they talked about it a bit but didnt show any footage. They explained it as if it wasnt an actualy spring from the suspension that hit him, but a 1.3lb spring that is built into both sides of the cockpit to absorb impact.

Curious how it got loose. I heard ferrari was going to cause a big stink about the design
