ARE THE BRAKE ROTORS ON THE NEW ARMADA BIGGER THEN THE OLD ONE? AND IF SO DO THEY FIT THE OLD ONES.

Your caps lock button seems to be malfuctioning. The rotors are different. I dont think they will fit on older ones because the calipers are different and so are the pads. On top of that, the new model has a stronger redesigned hub, further making compatibility less likely.

Newer Titans and Armadas do have larger rotors. I believe its about 1 inch bigger (close to 14" diameter). I believe it has been done, but will require the rotors and the calipers to make it work. Not sure if the existing brakeline will work or not.

The significant issues that come in my mind though are how the piston sizes compare to the older model brakes. In order for the brake torque ratio to remain the same, they will have had to use smaller pistons in the calipers to reduce some of the clamping force as the rotor diamter is bigger and will provide more brake torque for a given clamping force. Or, the manufacturer would have had to update the master cylinder to compensate or a combination of both.
