08 Q56 - Voice recognition standard?

The manual I just downloaded says...

"If your vehicle VIN is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX904805 or higher:

Select 2008 Voice Recognition Owner's Manual Supplement ......"

Does that mean vehicles with a lower VIN do not have this feature?

It is standard on all '08 QX56 models with Navigation. Same as the '08 Armada.
