There is a picture of the block. If you can see anything other than the obvious stuff(alternator, p/s pump, water pump pulley) that i would need please let me know.

wire harness, ecu, custom mounts, custom drive shaft, the list can go on. Its not a cheap swap at all no offense but at 17 I know I wouldn't have to the money to finish it

Wait wait... that works? People have been pulling their hair out trying to figure out how to install a VQ35 while retaining VTC and eliminating NATS and the answer is just as simple as reflashing your ECU?!

I had assumed someone had already tried that and failed, so some super elaborate hax would be required...

If this works... I'm buying a Quest motor asap...

Kinda funny, my 260 whp VQ 240sx gets me in faaaar More trouble than my 490whp SR 240 ever did.

as far as getting a feel for what ur getting into, I'd start here

zerothread?id=207033

lot more fab involved than u might think. Hope u have access to a Tig or Mig welder, a FSM, and a lot of time to sort through the wiring. Not trying to discourage u tho, g/l.

I didn't do it because i got it to run without having to need to. but technosquare/jwt/uprev offer that kind of service for the 350z ecu and it is super easy to splice into the 240sx harness.
