Purchasing Car Registered in Canada... How Do I Register it in States?

Hey guys, sorry if this topic was already discussed, but I searched and came up empty handed. Anyway...

I live in Pennsylvania and there is an oppurtunity for me to possibly get an R32 GTS-T Skyline. It has a current Canadian registration and inspection...

Figured you guys might be able to shed some light on the subject for me. So the question is... how difficult is it to register a car in the States that is currently registered in Canada... Especially the Skyline, since it was never sold in the States?
