You certainly can't beat the price. Personally, I'd jump on it. But,(playing the devils advocate.) only after questioning the seller as to the general condition of the trans (miles, abnormalities, such as gear selection ease, grinding gears, whinning of certain gears, etc.) I seriously don't expect any of these problems because these trans are well suited to the 240 and tend to take any abuse the stock 240 can give it, but it's nice, a little more security, to have it stated,("the units flawless")in writing. Same approach should be applied to the other components. (clutch slave & master cyl. etc.) From the photos the flywheel looks good, ditto on the clutch. Can't see the pressure plate surface. Probably could be used as is, but, personally, anytime the trans is pulled or in this case replaced, the price of replacing these parts is a bargain for the peace of mind. (of not having to do this again for another 50 to 100 K miles.) A 5 spd will change the whole personality of your 240. Go for it.
