my favorite drifter is atsushi kuroi even though he is sporting a 2jz and a new paint job, you can never forget about the old yellow coupe with the 750hp rb26!!!!!!!!!!

"Wild" Bill Sherman is a bad *** (for an american). I think he'll be one of the up and comers in the future. His new car is BAD ***, too. The S13.5 hatch was pretty rockin, too. Kenji Yamanaka is really friendly. I met him at Nopi one year. The nicest guy you could meet. The S14a and S15 he was driving for hankook was pretty bad ***, too.

The Japanese guys, I agree, Tsuchia, Kazama, and Nomura are my favs.

yeah i remember reading about the swift s15 in a magazine, too. i want to say it was modified, but i'm not 100% sure. maybe j-tuner. also yeah the enjuku cars/drivers are awesome. i've always been fond of their s13.5s and that new 350z they just built is pretty sick.

All must bow before the mighty Keiichi! He makes the BMI/Hot Version videos so fun to watch! But he knows he can't compete on a professional level with today's D1/Formula D drivers...

As for Japanese drivers... Daijiro Yoshihara is my boy! I got an old issue of Modified mag from before he moved to America and they featured his Zenki street car that he touge'd with... it was soooo nice. Not over the top. Just a normal, well tuned, JDM, super black beauty...

I have that issue, too. I think it was SuperStreet... But the thing I hate is that the Swift Springs s15 was built to redeem the Silvia brand from its dismal final season in JGTC. The car was built to near-SUPER GT specs + 100 more HP and it was supposed to be a time attack car.

Now its just another slide whore...

i saw a popular d1 driver in an issue of j-tuner and his car was absolutely disgustingly nice. it wasn't over the top by any means. i believe it was a red s15 with all kinds of goodies. might be tsuchiiya's actually... i just know that there was a nardi wheel that was signed

As for my favorite current drifter would be none other than Koguchi Yoshinori... mainly because of his 180sx which has gone through so many different changes... his drift "style" is pretty reckless yet "fluid"...imo... did I mention his widebody 180sx kicks ASsss too... Check out his clips on Youtube... Koguchi Power... and you'll see what I mean...
