2004 VQ35DE 6-speed 35k miles dropout how much $$$

As the title says how much can you expect to pay for a 2004 VQ35DE with 6-speed trans dropout with around 35,000 miles on it? Would include everything on motor, all accessories, wiring, ECU, Basically the entire dropout.
