Low oil pressure after track use in Altima SE-R

I've been driving my '06 SE-R at HPDE events twice now. This weekend I noticed that after each session, the oil pressure gauge was dropping down to probably <10psi. This is obviously very concerning! On track, everything looks fine, when I come off-track if I am driving or blip the throttle psi goes back up to where it should be, but when it is idling down after each session it sits there really low.

I check my oil and there's plenty in there (and a recent change to synthetic 5W-30). I talked to a couple guys who had their VQ35DE's at the track and they'd never seen theirs drop so low (though one said he had seen his drop to ~15-20psi after a track run).

Any ideas? I really don't want to toast my engine!! (As is, I am likely going to move to a track-specific car soon as my daily driver doesn't appreciate this abuse!)
