Just got my new tires mounted on my 18" G35 wheels and threw them on. Pics kinda suck but I'll get better ones soon. The tires are 245/40 front and 255/35 rear.

Here are a few from autocross last weekend. By the way, my old Works wheels shown in these pics will go up for sale soon. They are 3piece forged, 17", 5x114.3 with federal 595ss tires.

thanks, the yellow is some kind of reflective spray paint. i bought the headlights like that from someone on here.

the front isn't actually as high as it seems. the passenger side looks higher because the fender was damaged by the previous owner and is sort of bent out of shape, so the wheel gap just looks huge. if you look at the front left fender, you'll see how its really sitting.

i actually bought these headlights off this same exact seller. but iirc, he told me that he opened up the headlights and did the yellow himself, so i don't think it was actually oem.

the pictures don't do the wheels justice. in person, they don't look overly big but that is just my opinion. the old wheels were nice, but they were not wide enough and too sunken. i think the old ones were only 7" wide and they only had 225's on them. in autox and at the drag strip, i wasn't getting enough traction. i wanted to go with a setup that would give me good results on any track but also be streetable.

these wheels cost me $375 shipped from VA to NY. most of these g35 wheels i see go for $400+.

Personally you need to lower the front some, then get some aero going... You've already got the front lip, now get some OEM sideskirts and rear valances! ASAP!

I like the new rims more then the old rims. I was thinking about getting some 18's off of a 350z. Seeing your car helpped me decide that im going to get them. Post more pics if you have any, and i do like the sil80 conversion.

the exhaust is an apexi n1 dual exhaust.

agreed, lower would be better but i only have tein springs and kyb shocks, so for now, its staying as is. plus, any lower and i'll have to do some fender work to avoid rubbing. i just dont want to deal with that right now.

Did you run a 35 series tire in the back because you couldnt fit a 40? Other than that, car looks pretty good.

no, i think the 40 series would fit fine in the back. but this is also my dd and i wanted to keep the diameter of the tire as close to stock as possible, so that was why i went with the 35 series.

So engine/drivetrain improvements are rice now, but 17" inch wheels aren't? Well...let's hear the specs on theose "rims" first.
