I would hook up the acc wire, not sure if that system uses the Ign or acc, but the system needs to be able to sense when you turn the key, either for programing or possibly some other type of manual system shut off.
Every system I do, normally includes, Constant, Ign, Acc, starter, possibly a Ign 2 and Acc 2. I know what every wire operates in the car, but im not 100% sure, which wire the Viper system checks for certain operations.
I kinda have the mentality of, its right there in the Ign harness with the other wires your hooking up, might as well hook it up too. lol.
Yes, if the hatch being opened triggers the dome light, then it would also set off the alarm.
I havent done my Versa yet, but Ive looked over the chart to see how difficult it was. By looking at the chart, to me it looks simple, but sometimes things change when you get inside.
Always be sure to test every wire, Dont take my word, or anybody else's. Yes, I will try to help if I can, but remember, some cars may have 10 different Blk with red strip wires. Its up to you to test to make sure you have each wire correctly hooked up.
