That's for sure it wasn't stuck. I smoked 1 maxima couple of weeks ago without the VDC turned off.

haha ya. the S is suposed to be .15 sec faster than the x but i guess with my better traction, but then again i pulled on him at top end.

as for the maxi- cold air intake, short shifter, headers, y pipe, exhaust, ecu, spacer, clutch, apexi air fuel tuned which gave the most hp, as can see in the last vid.

Yea I own a 06 maxima and the thing is pretty quick. I want to race my 03 G and my 06 Maxima to see the difference. My wife won't race me So my buddy is coming to town this weekend so I will have him drive one. He has a kick *** Charger that seems to kick my G. Anyone raced a charger?

OK umm first off i would like to say that umm the '06 g is horrible. like my friend had one and as you may have seen in previous vids that thing was supposidly the shhh. but i actually got to drive one yesterday and um ya. not making fun of anyone who has one w.e thats all you. its just that i was a toyota/lexus guy all along until my 07g which is flippin hott. but the 06 bigass change.

I've raced a charger, but not in my G. I would've been toast in the G, without a doubt since it was the SRT8 model. I raced it in my brothers Z06.

Ok, now for a dumb question..... not being much of a racer (just like quick runs on open roads against nobody) what exactly is the "honk rule"? 3 honks by the challenger and you are off? honks exchanged back and forth?Seen lots of street vids and I could never quite figure out the code; anybody care to explain to a relatively old guy?

I only ask "just in case" it happens to come up someday and someone is honking next to me.

haha happy to help you out in such a troubled time. the "honk rule" is when you pull up to someone and they give you that look like their car with stickers and nos octane booster is the hottest isshh on the road. you know that they will want to "run it" aka quick race. so you down shift i always like to beep so they dont get a head start on you and its one person doing the beeping. 3 times in even spreads and on the 3rd beep your off. hope this helps. or if someone else starts to beep next to you listen for the 3rd beep and thats when you go.
