I think you should research your options and make up your own mind. IBTL, yo.

easier to get parts for a ka-t since ka's are common in the states.

welll...i know the kae-t can make around 230whp with the cxracing turbo kit for around $1300 i think...slightly more expensive than rb20's that i've seen on various websites.buuut, thats more power than the rb20 is stock...

so, its up to you.practicality vs JDM TyTe Yo.nah, just kidding,

I'm actually pondering rb20 vs sr myself for future plans.

i'd say if you have enough money go for the rb.it wouldn't hurt to hear that lovely music anyway...

IF the motor. Is good id say keep the ka. For the price and work of swapping to the rb20 you could make more power then the rb20

Rb20 is gonna cost you allot more to fix and finding parts for the swap and in case anything goes wrong your better off with a sr20det or just boosting your ka24de if you got a ca18de you can boost but i really wouldnt.. single cam zzzz i remember this punk used to say single cam was better then twin. Yeah right.

They are both cool. If you like the RB just do it, i mean you were obviously thinking about it at some point. Do the swap make it clean which is something i would love to see.
