From what I have been able to find, it looks like that is the code that asks for the security code for the radio. It should be in the owners manual somewhere along with the instructions on how to enter it in.

If you bring it to a dealer, I think that they should be able to look up the code in their system. Otherwise, I'd start looking at a new radio.
