Pre-owned 2007 M45 sport

Hello,

I am considering buying a pre-owned 2007 M45 Sport but do not know much about these cars beyond some suffering from oil consumption. The vehicle I am considering has 22,000 miles one owner, and I asked for service records. The dealer selling does not have the complete records, but did have the following history:

11/09 - Oil Change 21,600 miles (when dealer got car)04/09 - Oil Change 17,211 miles11/08 - Oil change 11,233 miles

Reports say customer provided oil and notes synthetic which I have followed up on. I've also requested original service records pre 11/08 from Infiniti as well. My question for you - does anyone go 6k miles between oil changes on their vehicles using synthetics? Given there are known potential problems with these engines, what is your perspective on this car. Dealer is asking $29k, loaded except advanced tech package.
