So I've already gathered a few parts for a minor head build. Tomei Procams, BC valve springs, and retainers. Question is, while I'm in there should I go ahead and do the valve stem seals also? I'm not having a problem with burning oil but would it be smart to go ahead and change out the seals? If so which ones should I go with?

Supertech(I'm not familiar with these at all)http://www.frsport.com/Superte....html

OEM(both intake and exhaust are $4.95 ea)http://www.frsport.com/Genuine....html

It would probably be the smart thing to do while your there, I wouldn't wanna have to go through the trouble of taking the cams, springs, etc out again.

Is your head off the block?I just replaced mine with OEM seals since I had them lying around from a gasket kit I bought a while ago. I havn't heard anything about the supertechs.

they're cheap... why not. Just for a reference about the supertech stuff, Mazworx uses them in their built heads. I am however going to go with OEM just for the fact that they are OEM.

No the engine is still completely assembled. I thought about redoing the headgasket and studs also.
