looks good!

was it heavy? I ask because I bent the bar on the PF I'm driving... so I was thinking of unmounting it, then figuring out how to straighten the bent portions and then remounting it. Wondering if it's a two person job or can it be done "single handily."

As for unbending... I don't want anyone else around... Cause I plan on including lots of TORQUE somewhere.

it wasnt that heavy, i could pick it up and lift it over my head not that big of a deal, i dont know if yours is the same but its way easier to take the 4 bolts that hold it to the plate that attaches to the frame than the bolts in the frame. straightening it sucks, cause its light tubing... dont know what to do there....

It looks like you have the factory brush guard, which is made completely of aluminum instead of steel. It should be really lightweight and somewhat easy to bend.

Looks much better, I'd strip those 2 stickers off of it though. How do you like those 520's? I was looking at them before I won my aux lights in a raffle. I did my brush guard solo and it wasn't that difficult, just had to use my leg t prop up one side while I bolted the other on.

it's not the tubing that's bent... it's the mounting arms... which are flat metal. Right now, the whole front is shifted over enough to push on the right corner light and fender (right where the two meet). the plastic mounting arm of the corner light is broken. So, I'll either have to superglue it or just buy a new corner housing. The fender looks okay, doesn't seem dented there.

If it is indeed Aluminum, then I might be able to straighten it out... possibly even smooth out the part that hit the rock.

I was talking to my friend and we were worried it would weigh like 200 lbs or something... no way I could handle that on my own... unless I use a bunch of rope from the garage ceiling (but moving it around would take forever to do).

But first... I have to take it off... >.>

The easiest way to take it off is to remove the black plastic trim pieces next to the fog lights. Once you remove those you will be able to see the bolts holding the brush guard to the frame. It should be pretty simple to remove after that.

I actually put the stickers on and the clear coated over them, they are there on purpose, and arent coming off until the time i decide to strip and paint it again. I love the 520's the atps are almost the best of both worlds, with a 40 degree reflection angle, and being ridiculously bright. they pierce right through fog with no glare like turning your high beams on.
