Bogging whenever I hit the throttle

It idles fine, but whenever I go to give it gas, it bogs down and acts like its going to die. I don't have my intercooler piping hooked up yet. Could that be the problem.

because my intercooler and piping has not gotten here yet and I was anxious to start it. everything else besides that is done.

Where's your MAF sensor? On your turbo inlet, like usual, right?

That means when you hit the gas, the MAF sees a ton of air coming in, and not a bit hitting your motor.

No, the mafs isn't on the turbo. I have my stock intake on. I just wanted to know if not having my intercooler piping hooked up could cause this.

did you install tuned ECU? injectors? which MAF?WHAT IS YOUR SETUP?

Just a basic top mount setup. 6:1 FMU, stock ECU, MAFS, and injector.

sounds like you did something wrong. should run just fine with only a turbo bolted up. make sure all your connections are right and tight. also dont rev the piss out of it when you do get it running good.
