Problems after Dual cam swap

I had just recently finished my dual cam swap, and its acting funny, Itll keep idle, but when i slowly rev it seems to be choking up, If i pedal the throttle, i can get it to rev up all the way. I checked my timing, changed my cap and rotor, and my spark plugs. Has anyone ever had a problem like this? Or have any insight?
