'08 Versa with Tanabe springs.

Current setup:

Enkei Evo 5 17x7 +42

I need new tires anyways so I was thinking why not try and sell the Enkei's and maybe pick up a different set of wheels with the cash.... Ya know, since I need new tires...

I am a COMPLETE wheel noob when it comes to offsets and the 'hella flushness'

I'm looking for a nice bronze wheel for the car something that looks nice, I don't mind too much a used off off name wheel. I want to either keep a 17" or even a 16" no 15 or 18+

Here are pictures of how the car sits now so you can grasp how much more offset I could fit. These pictures are a little old the front looks lower now

Thanks!

I don't know jack about Versa's... but just by looking at how sunken those wheels are in those pics, seems like you could drop about ~20mm on the offset to be more flush. Something like a 17x8+25 might work. This is all purely guess work though.

Looks like you're gonna have to get your hands dirty and take some measurements.

On those wheels, you could benefit from @ least a 15mm change in offset in the rear and probably a 10-15mm change up front.

That would make your wheels +27 offset in the rear and front @ +32-27 offset. Now keep in mind if you go with a wider wheel that also effects the position of the wheel.

Here an excellent tool for offset challenged folks.

http://1010tires.com/tech.asp?type=wheels#offset

Read over literature and then open up the calculator and plug in some numbers.

18x8 w 38mm offset.

I'll try my best here...

First, good place to get acquainted with how it works:zerothread/57950

Here's a good calculator (listed in the thread above, but the link is broken - fix?):http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp

If you upgrade to an 8" wheel, you'll want to have an offset somewhere around 30. (That would push the outer edge of your wheel out 25mm or ~1".

...

I just spent the last hour combing the internet of options and unfortunately you're very limited because of your lug pattern. In order to get the wheels flush, you will need spacers.

Here's a half-a** chart of what you can do:

Width...............Offset..............Spacer Thickness7.........................42.........................20-25mm7.........................25..........................5-10mm7.5......................35.........................10-15mm8.........................35...........................0-5mm

I like these:http://lsdmotorsports.com/prod/00377087.html (~$800)

^That with a 20mm spacer would have you sitting nice:http://www.ichibausa.com/20albowhsp7.html (~$270)

or you can pick 'em up from this guy:http://www.northwestnissans.co...05712 (~$140)
