It's near the end of the vid when I bring it to the engine bay.

It's bugging the hell out of me because I don't remember ever hearing it before I had the belts n stuff changed.

Sounds like somebody put one of the belts on too tight and it's putting a s*** ton of pressure on one of the bearings. I've heard something similar before when some moron bought a greddy timing belt, put it on (way to tight) and eventually destroyed the motor. I kept telling him it was stupid to swap the belt on, especially when the old one was still just fine, but he wanted to "upgrade". Well that "upgrade" plus his crappy work seized up a bearing somewhere under the timing cover and on of the idler pulley's eventually snapped or seized or something and it turded his motor.

Anywho, if this didn't start until you replaced the belts, I'd say that's your problem.

As Cjmartz2k said it's the timing belt. I've had the same problem with PE and greddy timing belts. But I said screw them and now I run the oem belt with no noises. I think the issue is with setting the tension properly using an aftmkt timing belt with the fsm procedure.

Yep that sounds like my greddy belt does when I use the FSM to set tension.

Don't make my mistake of leaving off the front cover to adjust the tension multiple times and then leaving it off. And then the idler pully backs off and destroys your valves.

My greddy belt makes the same noise on my 26, however its not as pronounced........to its defense, its held 8500rpms many many many times, and on one instance, 9400rpms on a mis-shift....
