I have plenty of fun in my 2wd! I have a bunch of old rims in the back, she goes where I point her.

Had some fun cutting some doughnuts yesterday. Something special about bringing a uncontrollable grin to my 13 year old sons face.

While obviously a 4x4 would be better for traction in the snow, I can vouch for a 2wd hardbody making it through just fine. About two years ago we had a really bad snow storm here in Ohio, and I had to go in for an Air National Guard drill weekend. Made it there and back (about a 20-25 mi. drive) just fine both days. In fact, the morning of the first day, I passed a snow plow that had gone off the highway and into a ditch, but my little '92 Hardbody kept right on going with just a few sandbags in the bed for added weight.

Really miss that truck.

Haven't had enough significant snowfall since getting my '01 Frontier to compare yet, but the forecast is calling for some decent snow this weekend, so perhaps then.
