  96 Infiniti I30 AC belt is sqeaking... 8:37 AM 1/25/2010

I just replaced my AC belt on my Infiniti I30 a couple of weeks ago, now when i start up the car, it sqeaks like crazy for the first couple of minutes. Why does it sqeak? and how can i make it stop sqeak....

Did you use the right type of belt? If so, two possibilities - belt is loose or the Idler Pulley is on it's way out. Also, a very tight belt will cause the Idler Pulley bearing to fail.

or its not tight enough try to tighten it up an crank it up an see what happens
