Did Google copy Leapfish?

Looks like Google might have got caught ripping off another competitor, again!! In the beginning of November, Leapfish launched its new version of its search engine:

Real-time search, lots of options the Google doesn’t have and a selection of search engine feeds. The video shows the power of real-time search, so looks like Google decided to do a video, and show it now has real-time search:

Personally, I like the Leapfish video better, but you can clearly see that Google now has Real-time search – after Leapfish had it.

Well Google is a more cleaner and faster loading search engine, So I will ALWAYS prefer it. Honestly Google losing to anyone else is like Microsoft losing to Apples OS.
