rb26DETT problem high idle 1200rpm

hi guys, im already confused on my R33GTR, idle still stay at 1200rpm, already full adjusted the AAC valve, and tried removing the plug of the AAC, full adjusted the ECU, still now help.... anybody here can help, i checked the manual and it says to check the air regulator, im confused of the air regulator location, is it the air chamber? i already removed my plenum for gasket leaks, i havent seen wires attach on the air chamber..???? after i fixed my gasket leaks, my problem now is high idle...

try checking your throttle body seals. If they leak go to xs engineering's website and purchase new ones.

what is the normal idle air flow?
