Is it just me or are the front struts missing the brackets that bolt to the spindle??? is the brake line bracket bent too?

No, the brake line brackets are not bent and nothing is missing. It comes with everything that came with it from the factory and absolutely nothing is wrong with them.

thats what it looks like i think it is sitting on the part that bolts to the spindal when he took the pic

Yeah, after looking at the pics, they are just at a bad angle. Everything is there and in perfect condition.
