Hi, I'm new 240sx proud owner.Do you know if 1998+ Altima MAF will work in my 1995 240sx without mods?I read somewhere this is true.

Should as long as the plugs mate up and the 95 hasn't been retarted to a KA24E.

A altima MAFS will not work in a 240, plain and simple. You can get one from any 240 between 95-98.

And what ^ was talking about, I've never heard of anyone swapping a ka24e into s14

See. I'm living in Mexico... 240's are hard to find (that's why I'm proud of having one in pretty good shape), so I think I'll just purchase a MAF from ebay, otherwise I'll have to spend $200 for a new one.

Any idea how could I get a MAF easier??

You could try to find one in the classified section zeroforum/227 There are usually some for sale for under $50.
