No load/ light load Rod knock Please help!!!

So I changed the my oil yesterday and when I went to drive it I started to hear a slight rattle under light acceleration. Well...... within 10 mins it turned into a full blown knock. Anyone have any ideas as to my next course of action? At this point I'm broke So IDK what to do.

I was deff thinking about it. Buttttt...... there is a chance I may have to rebuild it

yeahh, it sucks. I have a knock in my sr too. I just pulled the engine today. I will probably start tearing it down some tomorrow.

If you don't let it get to bad you can prob get away with just replacing the bearings and repolishing the crank.

That's what I'm probably gonna do, and piston rings too

hopefully I'll be soon picking up another short block that while it also has a spun rod bearing is .020 over with wiesco forged pistons and I think eagle rods. I'll also be getting an extra crank
