I am about to purchase a turbo and wanted to make sure that this is in fact a S14 T28?

From this one picture I am begining to think it is not. I just searched images of S14 T28's and this looks nothing like them. Anyone?

That my friend looks like an RB20 turbo, Possibly even an RB25 turbo.

RB25 Turbo

I would say its an rb25 turbo because of the oil drain tube.
