Has anybody had any success replacing your stock Sony 10-disc changer? I have run into brick walls trying to get mine fixed. Is there a replacement out there?

Clarion cv 737 is a direct plug-in 6 disc changer that Nissan/Infiniti dealers sold to replace the troublesome sony 10 disc changer- I have been using one for the last 5 years or so with no problems- may want to look on ebay to find one.

Sony no longer supports the 10 disc changer with parts or repair services.

Infiniti Of Scottsdale still caries it brand new.

Some of us want the OEM look.

But to the Original Poster: There are some pictures floating around on how to fix these things but usually once they break they are broken for ever. Better off finding a used one from a low millage car or do what Qship96 said.

I.O.S. still has them? I am shocked, wonder how much they sell for now- I paid around $150 years ago- took less than 5 minutes to swap out the old sony.

Well I called them a couple of months ago because I ran into the same problem as the original poster, They said around $300 plus shipping.

I don't think I should have said anything because I have a feeling they will run out of stock.

Get a double-DIN replacement unit. i know the stock look is nice, I keep hoping my 97's radio breaks so I can put in a Navigation unit with iPOD and MP3.

Thanks for the info. Where is this Infiniti dealer--Scottsdale? I could give them a call. Hard to believe that Infiniti would have made this such a problem for there owners. These players obviously don't last forever and should have had more of an adaptable pin for other players.

I've replaced mine with Kenwood dual DIN with iPOD and MP3. It's been good so far.

Call IoS tel. # 480-941-0055 and ask for Joe Tesensky -parts manager.

Good luck
