Why not? Front suspension is shared in design with the skyline, more than enough engine bay room, more power than you will ever need is attainable, hell the 240 guys are getting away with it by welding in skyline front suspension. Bottomline is more mainstream power increase options, it would fix the "off the line" sluggishness So why not?

The FGY33 and F50 came in AWD versions.

But even the Japanese don't use the letter y to spell Infiniti.

Welcome to Nico . One of our members has successfully done a 5 spd conversion to his 1994 Q, so I guess anything is possible. What do you think it will take to get it done? Have you researched much yet?

Thank you for pointing out my error. I am not familiar with jdm versions but that being the case perhaps even a vh45 awd is not out of the ? but i have worked on skylines before and even have a regular customer with a R32 GTR for reference he may even let me test fit his spare powertrain into my Q. but in theory it should be relatively easy compared to the 240 swap GTR swap.
