Soooo i found a set of wheels for sale locally. 5x114 18x8 -32 offset front and 18x9 -35 offset rear. Would would i need to make that fit? Would 50mm wide finders ever make them flush? I could find much on that sizing...

very low, but not uber wide. I would say get some wider wheels that would fit better and not require overfenders.

Anything can fit with enough work.

Call him up and ask to test fit one. Won't take but a few minutes and you'll get a real idea of how they'll look.

An 8J -32 what is the point of that, honestly? With the void you created inside the rear wheel well you could have fit a 10.5J +30ish...

edit: Just looked at your location. Mobile, AL

Wow thanks. He wants $200 for them so thats the only reason i was interested. And im still 4-lug so i cant really test fit. I was just gunna buy them and worry about wide fenders and a 5-lug swap after my sr is done. But i guess il stick with the motegi for a while.

I think the point of them being not very wide but super low offset is so you can run spacers as well and try to get the entire wheel out past the body. That way you can go lower and not worry about rubbing plus it will be like uber cool.

Think about that for a moment.

You want to go thru all the trouble of installing widebody fenders... for 8 inch wide wheels...

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.

That's pretty high on the lame-o-meter scale.

there's plenty of hot looking wheels with proper offsets that are four lug.

yeah the set of wheels that someone you know who is selling are in a cheap price, but think about how much work you'll have to do just to make them look right. or probably won't even look right.

Widebody rice! You should just buy a nice set with a good offset the first time instead of wasting $200 on something that may requires $300 worth the over fenders and who knows how much body work. I have 17X10's with 275/45/17 mt street radials and they don't rub in the stock wheel well. So why bother going through all that work to get a set of wheels to fit. I do think some over fenders to change the straight body line and give it a little curve above the wheel well does look nice.
