A/C blower motor replacement

I have a 2002 Nissan maxima. The blower motor is done. It's not the resistor. It's the motor.

How do I go about removing and replacing it?

It's easy to access once you remove the glove box. The glove box comes out pretty easily, too: a few screws along the top edge (open the door to get access to them) and one at each lower corner. After that it just pops out.
