Hello guys, Simple! this is my first KA and I want to go T, Engine is rebuilt, pistons compression around 160 (all 4). stock internals. basically the car is running very good. I been looking around this forum and I think Im in the right place, there is knowledge everywhere.

Q?

T25 vs T4/T3??

injectors?? or I keep the stock ones?

fuel pump?

MAF?

O2 wideband??

I dont want to get to crazy, like I said before, "what is what I need (I want to do it the right way) because my goal is get around 250rwhp".

thx guys!

What's your budget? Without a budget we can't make suggestions, because there are several ways to go about this correctly and lots of ways to do it wrong.

My first suggestion is to stay away fro eBay turbo kits and the T25 as a whole. The eBay kits lead to fitment issues and come with a garbage turbo. The ones that don't have fitment issues have the T25, which is to small for the KA.

I would buy the turbo kit from JGS, a fmic kit from eBay, then figure out what type of tuning you want to use. This is where budget comes in. You're either going to use a FMU and retard the base timing or you're going to get a ROM tune, new MAF and new injectors.

Dont forget this is not a cheap thing. Thats why most people blow there motors cause they cheap out and cut corners. We cant spoon feed you there are enough kat builds on this website for you to look at. And dont start the turbo process until you have every part you need or it will nickel and dime you to death. Its easy just research and take your time you will be fine.

T25 vs T4/T3?? t3/t4

injectors?? or I keep the stock ones? at least 370cc

fuel pump? i would cheap insurance but not required if under 7 psi

MAF? stock will work

O2 wideband?? yes yes yes

oil line kit pressure/ return

downpipe

fuel management? fmu or emanage

who will tune it

what exhaust manifold

some type of intercooler?

bov

U right! my budget is 2K. I was thinking to buy FMIC, piping, etc from Ebay but not the turbo and the manifold.

Thx.
