E-Brake Area Removal

So im trying to get to the ebrake because my remote start isnt working anymore. there is a wire that runs to the ebrake which is the ground for the remote start. does anyone know how to disassemble that area so i can see if the wire got disconnected somehow..

remove radio trim pieces, unscrew 4 phillips screw, pull off radio surround after unplugging the clock harness, unscrew two phillips screws below radio, unscrew one phillips where the coin flip stoage thing is, unscrew shift knob, pull the plastic piece around shifter and ebrake area up, unplug electrical connectors. Bingo

to get the rest off, there are screws underneath the felt in the center console
