ok so i got a new set up, gab shocks and h&r springs. i was driving around. turns out that my rear control arm bushings took the crapper. i dont know whether to get energy suspension bushings or go with stock.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...%3AIT heres the energy suspension. will it help my handling? also my tension rods are shot. should i go with stock or upgrade to wicked tension rods?

If you are replacing bushings... I would highly recommend Energy Suspension. Polyurethane and severely increased longevity as well as performance

If you are replacing tension rods too, again, I'd go aftermarket. Better handling FTW!

Only do energy suspension bushings if you plan on replacing most (if not all) of the bushings. You can't just do 1 single bushing with polyurethane and call it a day. It would be like putting 8kg springs on 3 wheels and a 14kg spring on the last wheel. Imbalance.
