240 idling low

so my car is bouncing at 500 rpms sometimes it cuts off when im deccelerating. i just changed my intake and i lost the little clip that goes on the maf sensor. when i disconnect the maf sensor it idles at about 1300. i sprayed some maf sensor cleaner and some throttle body cleaner into my car but still no constant idle. should i change my maf? i'm thinking about getting the 300zx maf, but i want to make sure that it'll cure my problem

did you spray throttle body cleaner on the maf? If so that'll mess it upif you got a friend with a working 240 try his mafalso check for vac leaks.did you change the intake manifold or just the piping?

disconnect the negative to battery for 10 minutes then set the idle with tps disconnected. if that doest work, adjust the tps.

did not know that. my maf must be screwed.
