I came across this when i was searching for Z's on autotrader, would this be a good by just to swap the engine out with mine?, or is it too risky, he does mention some issues about the engine but for the price is it worth it rather than buying a 3k front clip?

Its a 2+2 already, unless the suspension is shot, I would just throw in your transmission and have the engine fixed without taking it out and doing a whole swap.

I've seen it before and considered it, bit I would need to get new paints, fix the rear end (which, from the looks of it, probably has issues with the suspension as well), get a new injector, and get a new hood. But I guess if you can afford to do all that it would be fine.

Chip the extra 3K get a fully functional TT with minor problems.. Suspension can get pricey buying parts individually.

You know, alot of people here seem to forget that when people come and asked about TT swaps, they usuallyA. Need a 2+2B. want a slicktop TTC. Have some emotional attachment to the car or have poured money into suspension work and other parts.

Is there a gave yard for Z shells, once rich I would move to Cali, throw a fiberglass kit on them and power it with a Honda engine. Back from the dead and still profitable

A F**KING HONDA ENGINE? REALLY? Honestly, I was trying to not be an ***hole and I was hoping that you could actually pull it off. But this is just too far... *shakes head*

Dude what the hell is wrong with you?! Why would you put a kit on a shell? Your whole foray into "building a super car out of a 300ZX" scheme failed so why would you just anounce to everyone, "Hey guys i'm back!" when everyone so clearly hated all those ideas you had???? And yeah, i heard the honda thing too...

Why???? maybe because a 300zx shell has a better purpose then in the junkyard, what kind of retarded question is that.

eeeeeeeh i wouldnt do it, i mean you can just get it and use it for the front cut but he had said in the description that the transmission slips and one of the injectors is stuck so thats just more s*** you'll have to fix but who knows you may still save money
