Holset H1c exhaust housing.

I just bought a Holset H1c turbo for my SR20 slow future build. I was looking at the turbo and the housing looks kind of big for what I'm looking for. I was thinking about buying a smaller housing. I'm not sure if it is a 22cm or 18 cm housing. Should I go for a 14cm or 12cm housing instead of the larger housing?
