I'm looking for anyone that has experience with the AEM F/IC on their KA-T. I have searched and haven't been able to find any reviews or threads on the use of this product. I'm looking into purchasing it in the Spring and need to know how good it is and if it will work for me.

Im running the AEM FIC as management for my KA-T and I like it a lot. It's a piggyback system so there are some minor flaws. I wired it in myself and I have only ever wired in stereos before. It's was pretty easy just make sure you solder ever single wire. I cleaned up the wire mess and mounted it below the glove box, It's out of the way from passengers and easy for a laptop to plug into in that location. You can play with the fuel maps, maf maps, o2 maps, timing maps and theres an couple aux maps. The Tech Service from AEM is very helpful if you have any questions. It's better then the apexi safc IMHO. Fuel maps have 400rpm increments which makes for a pretty fine tune if you know what your doing. If you go with a tapped ecu such as JIM WOLF you need to send in and upgrade your ECU after most modifications, whereas you can do everything yourself with the fic. I dont know why KA-Ters arnt using it. It's great imo. I recommend
