We're assuming you cleaned the fan blades of all built up dirt, oiled up the blower bearing while you had it out, and then listened up close with the glovebox removed to try and pinpoint the noise.
If you've determined it's failing blower motors (sounds like it, twice) and you want to replace the parts, call IOS direct and speak to a rep. It should be pretty hard for them to screw up such a straightforward part request, although the parts guy at IOS last week tried to tell me my 90Q didn't have dust boots on the front struts. I couldn't get him to look further for the boots until I looked under the car and verified they were installed.
