Ok guys, yes I am a noob so try and work with me please. I have a kade will be making turbo in the future but first I need to rebuild it to make sure it is strong enough and the parts are on point before the turbo. I do not know I to take to machine shop and have it cut and all that, I need some help finding good internals, pistons, cranck, all that mess, if anyone can point this new guy in the right direction it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

You might not have to rebuild before you turbo it. Do a compression test on the motor. If it s above 150psi on all four you should be good to go. As long as your motor doesn't burn/leak oil. My motor had 169,000 miles on it when i turbo'd it. If you do rebuild it AMS performance has everything you need for the KA.

take a long read in the 3 stickies at the top of the kat forum, they will help you decide if an all out build is right for you or if you can go to town on the stock internals. I for one have no clue about my current motor, bought it from the same guy who sold me a good motor last time, did a compression test on her (212psi across) and went to town, the motor has a little chain rattle but nothing else wrong other than front/rear mains were blown. Holds 9psi daily, with plenty of abuse at local spots.
