It sounds like a bit of self-diagnosis would go a long way in us helping you Omar.
Fuel........Spark......Compression
Fuel (Pressure)- If you don't have the tee and gauge to measure fuel pressure then unhook the outlet hose from the fuel filter and feed it into a soda bottle. Does a steady flow of fuel come out when you crank the engine? Chances are good that you have adequate fuel pressure to start the engine.
Spark- You've changed the plugs so you know how to get the ornamental covers off to get to the coils and plugs. Pull off a coil, plug in one of the old plugs, and ground the tip close to the engine. Got spark when you crank the engine? Chances are there's nothing wrong with the ECU or electrical system.
Compression- Pull a plug, screw in a pressure gauge and crank the engine. Got 140+ psi? Chances are good all the other cylinders are fine.
The GF didn't flood the engine by chance? Have you tried holding the pedal to the floor for up to a minute while you crank the engine? This procedure clears excess fuel out of the cylinders.
Help us help you. Check at least the fuel pressure and the spark and let us know what you find.
