2002 qx4 leaning on drivers side

Ive done some research and it appears when the qx4 is doing this it needs new springs. My question is where can i find these springs? Ive looked at several sites and nobody carries springs. Also, should i replace shocks and other suspension components when i replace the springs? The vehicle rides decent until you hit some bumps and then it just feels like it cant handle them, it makes the whole car move. Im guess this is all suspension/spring related. if im wrong someone please point me in the right direction to get this problem fixed. vehicle has 116k miles.

Shocks and suspension bushings wear out every 4-6 years depending on sensitivity of driver.

Springs don't usually wear [get softer].
