Having a few different interesting problems with a '92 Q45.

First, a problem I'm noticed when backing out of the driveway...just the driveway. In reverse when the front wheels hit the lip of the concrete (it dips an inch or so and then it's all pavement from there) there's a low buzzing noise, a little tension on the brake pedal, and light vibration on the floor boards. The car still works properly before during and after this happens; nonetheless, it's kind of frightening. I assume it only happens when backing out of the driveway due to the concrete lip.

Another thing, probably minor and more of an annoyance: When driving at low speeds (about up to 35 I believe) I get a funny noise particularly on the front passengers size (lightly and only occasionally on the drivers size). Hard to explain the sound exactly, like a rolling/creaking noise in just general driving or when the wheels go over minuscule bumps or dips. You can feel it lightly on the floor boards too, like something lightly touching/rolling for a second. No similar issues on rough roads at faster speeds. This may just be a suspension issue of some type, but I figured I would ask since I'm sure someone else has run in to this issue before.

Lastly, any recommendations for chain guide replacements in Texas? Need a trusty mechanic, central Texas would be most ideal, I live just outside Austin.

And of course, I did my best to search these issues before asking. A little hard to locate answers if you're as baffled as I am though.

Your first issue is normal, it is the ABS doing its self test.

Second issue is worn suspension component or bushing- get it on the rack and inspect entire front end for worn parts.

Interesting! I would have never thought about the ABS causing it to make that noise. Unfortunate though, since I imagine that's not completely normal, as in it wasn't originally designed quite like that, was it?

Figured regarding the suspension though, hopefully I'll take it to a shop tomorrow though. Assuming I should buy my own parts since they tend to jack up the prices. Most recommended would be....Infiniti of Scottsdale?

Most shops use the parts profit to minimize shop labor rates. When customers bring their own parts we just add 15% to labor rate and of course don't warranty parts.

Nope... completely normal. My wife's G did it the first day she drove it too - 9 miles on the odometer. You will find that it's more pronounced if you're on a steep incline - especially backing down a hill, or in colder ambient temperatures. My dad freaked out once riding in the car with me - thinking that we ran over something in the driveway... wanted to get out and check.

If you're using a shop that wants to use aftermarket parts, definitely talk to them about the cost of installing OEM parts from Scottsdale - if they'll use OEM factory parts then it's just a matter of comparing the overall price. As Q45Tech said, there's a profit load on the parts that they install as well as the labor rate - so you need to understand that going in as you discuss it with them. Knowing that little tidbit of information makes you look more like an "insider" and may score you a few points with them...
