Which s13 should i buy? need some advice

hey which 240sx should i buy if they are a good deal in the first place, and how much should i bargain them for...i mean i am willing to spent around 1.5k to 2k on it for upgrades not necessarily in performance but in cosmectics as well thanks i really appreciated

also i am willing to buy an s14 but hard to find one to my likings under 4500
