I was at the junkyard today and what do i find? i found a 99 maxima 5-speed:) so i started removing all the 5-speed stuff so as soon as the auto transmission starts giving me issues it will be converted into a manual. now i have a couple of questions.

1) since the car is a 99 will everything bolt up like it should?2) since its a 99 what special things did these have? i found the visors have the garage door opener thing and the seats have airbags in em anything else?3) when i removed the clutch pedal there was a bracket of some sort that is attached to the firewall, i have read that this is needed for the intsall. it sits between the pedal and the clutch master cyl kinda like a curly c shape deal. how do i go about removing that? or could i use nuts that are the same thickness instead.4) what is the thickness of curly deal asked in question 3 5) any parts motorwise that i can snag while im there-upgrades for 95?6) im done i guess and 5-speed ftw:)

i know its gonna be a little hard but i converted my vert so i know a little about these types of conversions. i think the hardest part will be getting the transmission to line up with the motor other than that it should be cakewalk
