I have never posted in hear before and I know almost nothing about computers, so I have a noob question:

I used to be able to watch full screen HD quality videos, like youtube HD, without any problems. Now it seems like my screen can't keep up with the images and looks like it is skipping frames or something.

What is my problem here? Is it my video card going bad?

nothing as changed really, just time. no new software except some updates. Is a system restart different then the start menu restart? My computer is not on me, I am at work, but I would say it has been a little slower in general possibly. I will get back to you on this.

Make sure your ATI/nVidia video card drivers are up to date.
